- Register on the portal to create an account: If you haven't created an account yet, you can easily set one up by clicking on "Register" to Register as a Member/Individual. You will need your Contract Number, which is located on your Canopy ID Card.
- Log in: If you already have an account, log in to the Canopy Insurance portal to see a summary of your benefits. This includes your covered services, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums.
