What are my VisionPlus benefits?
Log in to your VSP account to review your VisionPlus benefits. Create an account at vsp.com or call VSP at 800-877-7195.
What does my provider need?
- Tell your provider that you have VisionPlus Powered by VSP Vision Care.
- An ID Card is not necessary, but you can access your ID Card on vsp.com. Without an ID Card, the provider will need the patient's name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the Primary Insured's Social Security number.
Can I see an out of network provider?
Yes. If you go to an out of network provider, you may still be eligible for benefits. Call 800-877-7195 to see what those benefits may be.
If you go out-of-network, you can submit a claim for reimbursement within your account on vsp.com or call VSP at 800-877-7195 to request a claim/reimbursement form.
