Frequently Asked Questions

What is accident insurance?

Accident insurance is a supplemental insurance that provides financial support in the event you are injured in an accident. It helps cover costs that your health insurance may not fully cover, like hospital bills, medical treatments, and recovery expenses. There are no restrictions on how you use the money, and benefits are not affected or offset by other insurance plans.

It’s designed to give you peace-of-mind knowing that if the unexpected happens, you and your family won’t have to shoulder the financial burden alone.

I have good medical insurance. Why would I need an accident plan?

Health insurance does not cover all out of pocket expenses, like deductibles and copays. Accident insurance plans help by providing additional financial support when unexpected accidents occur, covering costs that your medical plan might not. It can also help with non-medical expenses, such as lost wages or transportation costs.
