Dental insurance helps pay for all — or a portion — of the costs associated with dental care, from routine cleanings to root canals. Keep your smile healthy while protecting your wallet.

Dentists that participate in a dental network agree to accept negotiated fees as payment in full for covered services. Canopy members have access to the DentaNet network in Alabama and the DenteMax network in all other states. Outside Alabama, if your provider accepts DenteMax, they accept Canopy Insurance.

You will generally save money if you go to an in-network dentist.

• For Alabama residents: DentaNet includes a wide range of dentists who are contracted to provide dental services at a negotiated rate within Alabama.
• For members outside of Alabama: DenteMax is a national dental network that offers access to a large selection of dental care providers across the United States.

To view your specific benefits, you can access the Canopy Insurance Member Portal, which provides detailed information about your coverage.

Online Access:

• Register on the portal to create an account: If you haven't created an account yet, you can easily set one up by clicking on "Register" to Register as a Member/Individual. You will need your Contract Number, which is located on your Canopy ID Card.
• Log in: if you already have an account, log in to the Canopy Insurance portal to see a summary of your benefits. This includes your covered services, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums.
