What are my VisionPlus benefits?

Log in to your VSP™ account to review your VisionPlus benefits. Create an account at vsp.com or call VSP™ at 800-877-7195.

What does my provider need?
  • Tell your provider that you have VisionPlus powered by VSP™ Vision Care.
  • An ID Card is not necessary, but you can access your ID Card on vsp.com. Without an ID Card, the provider will need the patient's name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of the Primary Insured's Social Security number.
Can I see an out-of-network provider?

Yes. If you go to an out-of-network provider, you may still be eligible for benefits. Call 800-877-7195 to see what those benefits may be.

If you go out-of-network, you can submit a claim for reimbursement within your account on vsp.com or call VSP™ at 800-877-7195 to request a claim/reimbursement form.

Where do I find a VisaNet provider in my area?

If your vision plan includes VisaNet, click here to search for providers within this network.

Where can I view my covered benefits?

To view your specific benefits, you can access the Canopy Insurance Member Portal, which provides detailed information about your coverage.

Online Access:

  • Register on the portal to create an account: If you haven't created an account yet, you can easily set one up by clicking on "Register" to Register as a Member/Individual. You will need your Contract Number, which is located on your Canopy ID Card.
  • Log in: If you already have an account, log in to the Canopy Insurance portal to see a summary of your benefits. This includes your covered services, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums.
